Welcome to Bossier Tennis Center The Bossier Tennis Center is a 18 court public tennis facility - 12 clay hydro courts and 6 hard courts - all courts lighted. The clubhouse contains the Pro Shop, large rest rooms, and a large all purpose room with kitchen facilities. Tournaments, adult leagues, junior camps, lessons.
clinics and socials are all part of the programs that tennis Pro, USPTA
Professional Elana Engleman has put together. We offer rackets,
tennis balls, clothing, shoes, other accessories for sale and
stringing service. |
May School Equipment Fundraiser Join us at the Bossier Tennis Center or Mike Wood Park for a fun Play Day Festival. For every participant that registers under their school at the event USTA Southern will match the funds collected DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR for tennis equipment at that school. Every school that participates in our after school program is eligible for the equipment grant. Come for a great day of fun for a good cause. Anyone that can not participate but would like to contribute, please send a check payable to your school to your PE teachers with a memo stating tennis equipment fund.nt Fundraiser

Where: Bossier Tennis Center (1651 Mondello Way-at the Old Brownlee Spray Park) Mike Wood Park (2200 Dennis St. in the Shady Grove Subdivision)
When: May 12 from 12-2 pm at Bossier Tennis Center Or May 12 from 3-5 at Mike Wood Park Cost: $5 per player All funds collected will be matched dollar for dollar for tennis equipment at each school.
Parent volunteers needed for check-in and court help.

Summer
Tennis Lesson
Schedule for the Summer is available this Saturday at our schools equipment fundraiser form 12-2 at BTC and 3-5 at Mike Wood. Summer camp, lessons and Adult programs will be available. Matt Zachary will be assisting in classes this Summer both at BTC and at Mike Wood Park. We welcome Matt home form LSU and look forward to having his help on court.
Thank you to all who bailed me out for the MDA cause last week. We raised over $700 and more comes in every day. You are all champions.
May 2012 Events Senior Olympics Mixed Doubles and Singles will be contested May 10-13. Sign up by 5 p.m. Wednesday. Matches will be scheduled after noon on Thursday. Men's and Women's doubles will be held the following week. Please call Elana for more information. Bossier Tennis Community Spring Programs available at the Bossier Tennis Center
Beginning Junior Classes ages 5-13 $12 daily drop in; $88 per 8 week session Sunday 2-3:30 pm, Mondays & Thursdays 4:30-6 pm and Saturdays 10-11:30 am.
Satellite Classes Ages 11-16 $12 daily drop in; $88 per 8 week session Fridays 4:30-6 pm
Little Tennis ages 3-5 $6 daily drop in; $44 for 8 weeks Saturday 11:30-12 and Sunday 1:30-2 pm
